Cybersecurity tools are designed to safeguard an organization’s systems and data by ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability in the face of cyber threats. Nevertheless, it’s vital to recognize that these tools come with inherent limitations. Relying solely on them is insufficient for effectively managing the ever-evolving landscape of cyber risks. In this context, human resources play a pivotal role.

In situations where both cybersecurity tools and human factors fall short, cyber insurance emerges as a valuable safeguard. The proposed approach underscores the significance of considering human resources and cyber insurance as complementary measures. Together, they bolster an organization’s ability to comprehensively address cyber risks, providing a robust defense against potential threats.
