Hierarchical group navigation is now available across all reports: Learning, Phishing, Behaviours, and Nudges. Navigate your org structure as it actually exists. Drill down through hierarchies, compare groups visually, and spot which teams need support in seconds.
🔗 Cofense Triage integration
CybSafe now integrates directly with Cofense Triage via OAuth 2.0. Phishing report data: including reporter, category, and timestamp, flows in automatically and maps to security behaviour SB087: Reports suspicious messages.
If you use Cofense Triage, your phishing reporting data now flows into CybSafe automatically. Measure, score, and act on reporting behaviour with workflows.

🎯 Behavioral Risk Indicators
We're introducing a new way to understand human risk in your organisation. The Behavioural Risk Indicator gives every user a score from 0–1000, reflecting how much security risk their behaviours expose the organisation to – weighted by their role and access level. It's not a prediction, and it's not a performance metric. It's a prioritisation tool: a clear, defensible signal that helps you focus attention where it matters most.
You will soon see exactly how your risk score is calculated and tailor it to your organisation, producing numbers that are accurate and explainable and act on them with confidence.
📊 Culture reports with timeline
The CybSafe Culture Assessment gives security leaders a leading indicator of whether their controls will actually work in practice. Built around eight dimensions – from Trust and Responsibility to Community and Management & Leadership – it measures the shared beliefs that determine whether people embrace security or work around it.
Since its inception, the assessment has evolved significantly, now offering industry benchmarking from 8 years of data and sentiment analysis, with free-text theme surfacing and change tracking coming next.
We've also cleared the decks this winter. Culture V1, behaviour reports v1, Slack passphrase detection interventions, and the Incidents report are all retired. Every report that remains delivers insights you can act on. The ones that didn't have been removed.
