Meet Alison. She runs human risk at a 10,000-person organisation. She wants to know which of her people are most likely to cause an incident, and what specifically they're doing that puts the business at risk of a security incident.
Until now, she's been working it out from simulated phishing metrics, training completion rates, and a gut feel for which teams felt risky.
Our Behaviour Risk Indicator is the answer. Every person has a score from 0 to 1000, weighted by their role and access. Alison can see who scores highest, see which behaviours are pushing the score up, and focus her programme where the risk actually sits.

🦜 Text to speech upgrades
More than one in four people already choose to listen rather than read when the option's there. This release makes that experience noticeably better.
Audio narration now runs on a new engine that sounds authentically human. It now handles larger custom modules and annotations. Same play button, same place in the module. Better listen.
🤖Signposting AI modules
When building campaigns for a multilingual workforce, you want to know which translations have been generated using CybSafe AI and which have been translated by humans.
Now, they’re clearly labelled for admins browsing modules, and people reading AI-translated content. If your organisation requires human translations only, this is an option across your entire library. See more here.
🚦 Behaviour Risk Indicator (beta)
The Behaviour Risk Indicator shows, on a scale from 0 to 1,000 and weighted by each person’s role and access level, exactly which behaviours are increasing your risk of a security incident and who needs support.

👥 New People reports
People-focused insights are now grouped in one place. User characteristics, compromised users, and security heroes sit together in a new People section. The old Engagement and Exposure sections are retired. Learn more.
🌏 Timezone-aware reports and delivery
Reports now display times in your timezone. Campaigns, workflows, and notifications can be delivered based on each person's local time – so 9am means 9am, wherever they are. Learn more.
🥸 User attributes in data exports
CSV exports from people and activity reports now include all user attributes. For activity-level reports, attributes reflect the user's state at the time of the event. Historic analysis stays accurate even when someone changes role or department. See more.
