To celebrate the two millionth refresher test in CybSafe, we have made refresher tests sharper and more effective. People now become eligible after just one learning campaign. So knowledge is reinforced sooner, attention goes straight to the areas that need support, and you get clearer evidence of impact for every campaign.
In short, refresher tests are now more timely, more targeted, and more useful for proving learning works. They are also simpler to run when you have multiple campaigns live at once.

At CybSafe, we run large scale behavioral research a lot. We assign a control group and an intervention group, design experiments, consider ethics, run programs, then compare results to see what really changes behavior. It takes time and a lot of consideration.
We have added an action to workflows that randomly assigns people to one of two groups you choose. No need to worry about recruitment, no spreadsheets, no extra effort. Just pick your groups and go.

We're upgrading our email infrastructure to improve reliability and visibility of service emails, including invites, resets, and reminders. Most customers won't need to take action, but if you've explicitly allow-listed our current service email IPs or tracking links, you'll need to update to the new details: IPs 3.248.23.219 and 52.209.90.84, and tracking link l.cybsafe.com.
