Bots Gone Wild: What the Oh, Behave! findings tell us about AI in Security Awareness & Training
How AI is changing employee behaviour, and what to do about it

The rise in AI is the double-edged sword to end all double-edged swords. It boosts productivity – but it also opens up new and urgent security risks. After all, who knows what your people are cutting and pasting into these prompts?

Luckily for you, we have the answers.

The Oh, Behave! 2025-2026 report shows 65% of people now use AI tools, but more than half (52%) of employed participants haven’t had a shred of training on their security risks. That gap is fuelling “shadow AI”: employees pasting sensitive data into chatbots and hoping for the best.

So, how can awareness professionals balance innovation with control? And what happens when people trust AI more than their own judgement?

Join CybSafe, the NCA, and Dr. Jason Nurse for a deep-dive into how AI is changing human risk – and what you can do to keep up. Expect real data, human stories, and a few awkward truths about where AI fits in your awareness strategy.

What we’ll cover:
  • How “shadow AI” is reshaping workplace behaviour and risk management
  • Whether confidence in spotting AI-generated content is helping or harming security
  • What the data tells us about AI misuse, overconfidence, and “responsibility gaps”
  • Practical ways to build AI literacy into awareness and HRM programmes

Who it’s for:
  • Security awareness and human risk professionals
  • CISOs, CIOs, and data protection officers
  • IT leaders and compliance managers
  • Anyone trying to make sense of AI’s role in cyber behaviour
