SB189 Does not use unapproved applications on work devices
Using unapproved applications on devices may be harmful. They could cause your device to run slower, introduce malicious software, or display unwanted ads. If the application introduces unwanted software onto the device it could compromise any sensitive information stored there.
Why is it important?
Unapproved applications aren't regulated or trusted, and may contain dangerous security flaws that leave your devices and accounts vulnerable. Only using approved applications significantly decreases risk of a security incident.
