SB182 Does not send sensitive information out of the business (email or otherwise)
Sending sensitive information out of business increases the risk that it might fall into the hands of people not authorised to have access to that information.
Why is it important?
Sensitive information should only be shared with those who need to know. Sensitive information in the wrong hands may be leaked or used for malicious purposes. This puts the organisation – and individuals – at risk of financial and reputational harm.
Priority Tier
Behaviours in SebDB are ranked by their impact on risk. Tier 1 behaviours have the biggest impact, Tier 4 behaviours the least.

Risk Mitigated

Data Theft
Data theft is the intentional stealing of data.

Data Leak
A data leak is when data is accidentally or intentionally disclosed to unauthorised people.
