SB091 Does not forward work information to personal email addresses
Does not forward any work-related emails to their personal email addresses. This ensures that sentisive information and Intellectual Property is not sent to a third party outside of the corporate network, which would otherwise breach GDPR laws.
Why is it important?
Personal email addreses typically have basic protection with spam/ phishing filters, usually provided by the email service provider. Forwarding sensitive work information to a personal email address takes it from a secure environment into an insecure one, leaving it susceptible to data theft or data leakage.
