SB038 Shuts down devices when not in use
Shutting down a device when not in use ensures a second password is required to access it.
While storage encryption will always be on, the second password is only required when the device first starts up. It adds another layer of security which is important.
To use this second password, and deter any opportunistic people, shut down a device when it's not in use.
Behaviours in SebDB are ranked by their impact on risk. Tier 1 behaviours have the biggest impact, Tier 4 behaviours the least.
