SB035 Changes default passwords (if possible) on all internet-connected devices
Internet-connected or “smart” devices are often protected with default passwords. Many of these passwords (especially for accessing admin settings) can be found online. Changing a default password reduces the risk of the device being compromised.
Smart device login details are often well documented online. These can be used to access a device and potentially any network it’s attached to.
Behaviours in SebDB are ranked by their impact on risk. Tier 1 behaviours have the biggest impact, Tier 4 behaviours the least.
