SB190 Does not use third party applications within work domain

Using third-party applications within a work domain could increase the risk of malware, ransomware, or data leaks and could violate company security policy.

Why is it important?

Third-party applications are not governed by the same level of stringency as those created by first-party companies. This means their software could contain high-risk vulnerabilities, or be malicious in nature. Only using first-party applications significantly decreases risk of a security incident.

Priority Tier

Behaviours in SebDB are ranked by their impact on risk. Tier 1 behaviours have the biggest impact, Tier 4 behaviours the least.
